For too long, most of us weren’t invited to the big tables. You know the ones — the ones where the decisions are made, the money moves, and the gatekeepers act like they’re doing you a favor just by letting you pull up a chair. Some of us got a seat, only to realize it came with rules, limits, and side-eyes. So we decided to build our own. Our very best, Mr. James Kelly and his wife said it below. And their vision has come to life. Creating freedom for themselves and others in the meantime.
And here’s the best part: our table keeps getting bigger. We’ll just keep pulling up chairs because there’s room for everyone. And if the table gets too small, we’ll build a bigger one. All are welcome!
No cliques. No “you don’t fit in here.” No “you’re too late.” Everyone gets a seat — even the ones still figuring out who they are or what they want next.
Our coaches and mentors have helped create over thirty millionaires, and not one of them started out “special.” They were everyday people — teachers, nurses, single moms, truck drivers, twenty-somethings still trying to adult, and grandparents who just wanted to stop worrying about the light bill. All shapes, all colors, all walks of life. The one thing we all share? We got tired of clocking in and out for someone else’s vision. This vision for us at RLA started with Mr. Darnell and Traci Self and his wife: “With a unified motto of Faith, Family, and Finance; Team NuVision’s mission to uncover the seed of greatness that allows ordinary people to achieve extraordinary results has been truly effective.”
Let’s be real: the system was never built to make the average person win. It’s designed to keep the rich safe and the rest of us hustling. So we stopped waiting for permission and built our own path, one where we can empower others while creating freedom for ourselves.
And the beauty of it?
You don’t need an office, a suit, or a corner desk. You can literally do this from anywhere. One of our most amazing coaches, Mr. James Kelly, was taking calls from a pool in Mexico last week. Drink in one hand, phone in the other. That’s not a flex — that’s a Tuesday around here.
We laugh together, we pray together, we share resources, stories, and sometimes tears. We’re not perfect, but we show up for each other. And while we’ve got a special fire for helping women rise up and claim their space, our mission is bigger than that. We want everyone to have a seat at this ever-growing table.
Because this isn’t just about making money. It’s about meaning. It’s about freedom. It’s about never having to choose between your family and your future again. ALL WHILE PROTECTING OTHERS. What a full circle of wins!
